ABOUT OUR COACHING

We want to help powerlifters thrive. We believe in prioritizing the lifter’s needs of communication, support systems & training load. As we guide lifters to strength & skill development, we believe in supporting lifter’s self-efficacy, or self-belief in the lifter’s own capacity to thrive in powerlifting. Through the natural ebbs & flows of training, we do our best to be constant supporters of our lifters and reminders that the desired outcome is achievable.

We’ve transformed our personal passions for lifting & learning into coaching services for powerlifters of all kinds. We believe in self-improvement through continuing education & developing communication skills to apply new, relevant knowledge. With how much potential information to apply in training, we do our best to distill useful info & integrate it into training.

We understand each lifter can respond to training differently. We identify the variables that make each lifter unique, from programming or periodization style preferences, learning style, lifestyle factors, etc in order to best match our system to any individual we work with.

We understand strength development and the skills necessary to express it takes time. We believe in long-term vision supported through principle & theory-based sports science, combined with short-term flexibility because ultimately life changes how we train, regardless of our training preferences or beliefs.

Virtual Coaching

  • Unlimited access to your coach via messenger, email or phone call during designated hour

  • Individualized check-in flexibility.
    • Some lifters need more, others less. We scale up or down to meet the lifter’s communication needs on an individual basis

  • Individualized programming via Google sheets
    • Allows for both coach & lifter to make edits in real time

  • Programming updated on time every week
    We believe in providing a professional service. Completing & providing programs in a timely fashion is paramount to that service.
    Updated on an individual basis. Some prefer week to week, others block to block.
